Please note that we do not provide refunds on vouchers or exchange gift vouchers for cash.

The no refund policy includes tennis lesson gift vouchers, in the event your first choice of lesson time or coach is not available. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred lesson time/s, subject to coach availability.
